I think that in order to make your essay writing better, it is possible to create your own essay types and use this classification. Of course, you may think that it is very difficult to find more time in order to work on possible essay types, as you have already have a lot of work to do.

As my goal is to help you any way, I make an attempt and try to create several essay types specially for you. It is quite possible that you like it and even use it in your writing.

We all know that academic essay may be of various types: descriptive, persuasive, compare, etc. Well, you know it and it is good. Still, I want to pay your attention not on this kind of classification!

Let me divide possible essays in other way:

  • Important essays;
  • Obligatory essays;
  • Never mind essays;
  • Interesting essays.

It is not usual classification, isn’t it? I will try to describe it for you.

Important essays are such essay type, when you know that the results of these essays play very significant role. It may be an application essay or course essays. One more point that should be added here, is the fact that you have to write this paper by yourself!

Obligatory essays are the essays, the accomplishing of which becomes necessary. If you try to skip this writing, you may put yourself under the threat. If you have a choice to write or not to write an application essay, then obligatory essay have to be written!

Never mind essays are the papers, which are not crucially important in your education. You have the right to choose: write it or not. Also, this essay type gives you a possibility to present custom essays.

Interesting essays are the works, which you want to write! You like this kind of work and want to prepare it independently!

If you try to divide all your essay papers according to this classification, you will see that your writing process becomes easier.

Essay about Human Relations

Thus, let us provide you with the following essay types:

Descriptive essay. The aim of the descriptive essays is to provide the reader with the detailed description of some object, which a writer of the descriptive essay has chosen for the subject of it. He or she should do their best to make the reader imagine the whole picture.

Argumentative essay. The aim of the argumentative essay is to choose some controversial statement and to comment upon it, supporting this or that opinion with the evidences from the previous investigations, made in this sphere.

Persuasive essay. The aim of the persuasive essay is to convince the reader in the opinion of the writer as for the subject of the persuasive essay. You should remember that alongside with providing the opinions of some other scholars, the writer of the persuasive essay should stand only for his or her point of view.

Compare and contrast essay. It is quite clear that the aim of the compare and contrast essay is to compare and contrast the subjects respectively. In this case you should be very attentive with the choice of the subject, so that you will be able to realize the main aim of this essay type.

Let us consider several essay types, which are used oftener:

Argumentative essay

Your purpose is to persuade your readers to accept your point of view. For this you need to find enough interesting and true facts about the topic and present them. You may pick out any way for persuading, just be sure that this move will be worth.

Descriptive essay

Your task in this essay writing is to present a thorough description of the subject and make it in a good way. You may write about the person, animal, room, tree and other possible thing. You can pay attention to its shape, taste and other features, or may just write what you know about it.

Comparison essay

Your goal here is to pick out two objects and make an attempt to compare them. In this process you may use any way: find some differences or by means of comparing find the similarities. Try to prove to your reader the benefits of one subject by means of disadvantages of another one.

Definition essay

Your assignment in this essay writing is to define the chosen topic. You may work with the abstract things and present your own ideas about the subject, or can pay attention to the definitions that are given in the dictionaries and write about them in your essay.
