Today essays are written in all educational establishments because essay wetting is considered to be one of the most efficient methods to develop students’ skills to express their thoughts.
Student knows very well that essays can be written on all themes. You can take any theme from any field and it is possible to write essay on it. As essay is such a popular type of academic paper, it is not strange that there are several types of essays. Here are the approximate lists of essay types, which students may write during their education at college or university.
Students can write five paragraph essay, which really consists of five paragraphs. First one is an introduction, the last one is the conclusion and the rest three paragraphs are the main body of the essay. There are also descriptive and narrative essays. As for descriptive essay, big attention is paid on details. As for narrative essays, it is usually used in order to create flashbacks and flash-forwards, which organize narration. Usually such things are written in chronological order. The main thing of the narrative essay is the plot, that’s why before write narrative essay; the author has to think carefully about the plot. There are also such essay types as Comparison and Contrast essay and Cause and Effect essay. You can write usual essays during the studying in college or university, but usually in order to enter this college or university it is necessary to write an essay. This type of essay is called admission essay. Almost all higher educational establishments require essay writing as one of the tasks of admission program.
So, students may be calm, because the range of essays is almost endless and they will always have work.
