Probably you will write one of these for a writing course, it is a necessary writing form as compared with the demonstrative essay, which is important only for training technical writers. In this paper, you should persuade your readers in the correctness of your point of view by providing arguments that are backed up with various facts and by refuting and analyzing opposing arguments.
3. The review is only your position towards a particular problem, but this is your informed position. You should set a principle against which your work will be judged. The thesis of your paper is how well your work stands against to the established standard and you go on and represent arguments in order to prove this thesis.
4. The science lab report. There are several essay types on basic report writing. The hypothesis is your idea while the experiment is your testing. Typically, you introduce your hypothesis, your methods, your materials, your data or observations or lastly your discussion. The significant part is the discussion.
